Reflection
In his book 99 Blessings: An Invitation to Life, Brother David Steindl-Rast offers ninety-nine poetic blessings for the expected (courage, friendship, music) and the unusual (kitchen noises, imprecision, burial grounds). The depth of the reflections and the wit and style with which they are written provide a masterclass in paying attention and looking deeply at all that arises in the daily course of our lives. This short video features the voice of Brother David reading a few of these sublime blessings.

Source of all Blessings, you bless us with the Internet, the mind web that spans the earth and gives us access to a vast treasure-house of information; it connects us with friends and allows us to work with people we will never know. May I take up the challenge of those who laid this technical foundation and help build on it an invisible temple for sharing and healing.
